A Message from Waterman State Bank About Covid-19

The health and safety of our customers, staff, and community is our highest priority.  Please know that we are taking steps to ensure our bank is clean and safe for our customers.  We are keeping our staff informed and asking that they stay home if showing any symptoms of this virus.  Given the current situation, the decision has been made to close the lobby at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and will remained closed indefinitely.  The bank is open for business.  Customers are encouraged to use the drive-up to transact routine business.  Lane 3 of the drive-up will be reserved for foot traffic.  If you believe that you would need to come into the bank to conduct business, please contact a member of our staff at (815) 264-3201 for assistance.  We will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as needed.

  • We are temporarily waiving the $2.00 telephone transfer fee
  • Use the ATM that is now conveniently located in lane 1 of the drive-up
  • If you are experiencing symptoms and must conduct bank business, please use the drive-up or night depository located in lane 1 of the drive-up
